The Harsh medium duty stabilised Underfloor tipping gears are designed to suit 12T to 18T vehicles. PTO/Pump operation on all our double acting cylinders up to 18T.

Non Stabilised Underfloor Gears

PU12 & PU18 - 12T to 18T

The Harsh medium duty non-stabilised Underfloor tipping gears are also known as ‘Pot Rams’. They are designed to suit 12T to 18T vehicles. The non-stabilised Underfloor tipping gears are single acting tipping gear kits with PTO operation. Made from solid tube construction and chromed extensions to prevent rusting. The one-piece tube eliminates the need for stop clips or welded tube ends. Precision machining also allows controlled tolerances giving minimum clearances between the tubes producing a stiffer, more stable cylinder.

Front End Tipping Gears

PGT18 - 12T to 18T

The Harsh medium duty PGT18 Front End tipping gears are designed to suit 18T vehicles. The PGT18 is part of our Gladiator range and is a combined ram and tank tipping gear. The Gladiator ram and tank represents the perfect answer for profitable tipping on 4x2 tippers. Lowest wet weight in the market, one-piece tube design and 3-year warranty as STD make the PGT18 the only choice for front end tipping.

3-Way Gears

PU12 3W & PU18 3W - 12T to 18T

3 Way tipping adds great versatility to your tipper application and is particularly useful for applications such as motorway maintenance where rear tipping is awkward or dangerous.

All cylinders have bottom trunnion arm with either ball and socket mounting or cross member hinge mounting.
