The Harsh medium duty 3 Way tipping gear models PU12 and PU18 are designed to suit up to 18T tipper vehicles. 3 way tipping gears are ideal for applications such as motorway maintenance where rear tipping is awkward or dangerous. The single acting gear comes complete with ball and socket mounting as standard. Optional cross member mounting kit is available if required instead of the traditional ball and socket mounts.

The one-piece tube eliminates the need for stop clips or welded tube ends. Precision machining also allows controlled tolerances giving minimum clearances between the tubes producing a stiffer, more stable cylinder.
