The Harsh light duty stabilised Underfloor tipping gears are designed to suit 3.5T to 7.5T vehicles. Either Electro-Hydraulic or PTO/Pump operation available for all our double acting cylinders up to 7.5T.

The non-stabilised Underfloor tipping gears are single acting tipping gear kits complete with powerpack for electro-hydraulic operation. Cylinder only supply is also available

PFR75 Electric Model - 7.5T

The Harsh light duty PFR75 Front End tipping gear brings added value to tipping your load. Ideal for 7.5T tippers the unique independently operated gear enables lower emissions and big lift capacities; all for a lower cost than heavier more expensive alternatives. Electro-Hydraulic powerpack Operation.

3-Way Tipping Gears

PU35 3W & PU75 3W -3.5T to 7.5T

3 Way tipping adds great versatility to your tipper application and is particularly useful for applications such as motorway maintenance where rear tipping is awkward or dangerous.

All cylinders have bottom trunnion arm with either ball and socket mounting or cross member hinge mounting.
