Non Stabilised Underfloor Gears

The Harsh light duty non-stabilised Underfloor tipping gears are also known as ‘Pot Rams’. They are designed to suit 3.5T to 7.5T vehicles. The tipping gear models range from PU35S and PU35L for 3.5T to the PU75 for the larger tippers up to 7.5T. The non-stabilised Underfloor tipping gears are single acting tipping gear kits complete with powerpack for electro-hydraulic operation. Made from solid tube construction and chromed/phosphate extensions to prevent rusting, the one-piece tube eliminates the need for stop clips or welded tube ends. Precision machining also allows controlled tolerances giving minimum clearances between the tubes producing a stiffer, more stable cylinder.

L02 & L04 Cylinder Only & 3-Way Kits Available

• L02 & L04 Cylinders from the PU35 kits are available for supply as cylinders only
  • L02 = 3 Stage Ram – 1061mm Stroke
    
  • L04 = 4 Stage Ram – 1155mm Stroke
• 3-Way Kits are also available for applications such as motorway maintenance where rear tipping is awkward or dangerous. The standard 3-Way kits have bottom trunnion and top ball/socket mounting.
