The Harsh heavy-duty Front End tipping gears are designed to suit 26T to 32T vehicles. The tipping gear models range from PGC26 and PGT26 for 26T tipper chassis to the PGC32, PFE32 and popular PGT32 for the 32T tippers. The PGC26/32 and PFE32 models are separate ram and tank designs with either outer cover or top eye rams available.

The Gladiator ram and tank represents the perfect answer for profitable tipping on 6x4 and 8x4 tippers. Lowest wet weight in the market, one piece tube design with inbuilt reliabilityand 3-year warranty as STD.

  • CYLINDER - All our front-end cylinders are manufactured from one-piece solid tubing eliminating the need for stop clips or welded tube ends. Bleeding of air is automatic
  • MACHINING - Precision machining with closely controlled tolerances gives minimum clearances between the tubes producing a stiffer, more stable cylinder
  • OVERLAPS – Large overlaps between the stages gives better rigidity to the cylinder
  • SURFACE FINISH – Stone ground tube surfaces and chromed final stages provide the longest possible seal life.
  • DESIGN – Close-fitting tubes with thick wall and small gaps between each cylinder means high strength and minimum oil to extend the cylinders.
  • CONTROL VALVES – The hydraulic control has provision for easy installation of a pressure switch for use with ‘body up’ warning signals
