Press Release

Cayvol UK Official Distributor

HARSH has acquired the UK & Ireland distribution rights for Cayvol Skiploaders, in a deal that see’s Cayvol take over the manufacturing of the HARSH C-Range skiploader and HARSH will support the 2,200 MCBT Cayvol units in the UK previously supplied by Norwest Vehicle Systems.

A new dedicated operator information website www.cayvol.co.uk will go live shortly, to supply existing users with specification information and downloadable parts booklets.

The HARSH C-range Skiploader has previously been sold to the price conscious operators, with a ‘Does exactly what it say’s on the tin’ approach. The C-Range, available from 3 tonne to 18 tonne lift has been a very capable range that offers the operator simple no hassle operation. The C-Range has sat nicely below the Ultimate T-Range of HS14T and HS18T Heavy Duty skiploaders which offers class leading reach, lift capacity and build quality – manufactured from Domex and Weldox Swedish Steels this light weight Heavy Duty unit has been a massive hit with large fleets and rental companies.

The T-Range will continue to be manufactured by HARSH as its top of the range unit with all its technical advantages, not just over the C-Range but over all the Skiploaders available in the UK. Changing manufacturing for the C-Range will allow HARSH to focus on the T-Range, while entering a development programme with Cayvol will see features like Fast lift off for empty containers and Independent telescopic arms, previously only found on the T-Range, become available for the first time on the C-Range.

HARSH Ltd was founded in 1987 and prides itself in providing the best equipment to match the operator's requirements, we are ISO accredited and are the only tipping gear manufacturer to CE certify our equipment. HARSH provide ancillary equipment for the commercial vehicles, the range includes tipping gears, skiploaders, hooklifts and sheeting systems.
